Renault Grand Scenic Door Lock Problem

Keyless entry lock.

Renault grand scenic door lock problem. Also the door won t open using the fob i have to open the door from the passenger side using the handle. Check that the steering column lock disengages. One of the features on the original renault scénic that caused a ton of issues is the keyless entry system. All the doors lock and release ok can anyone give me an idea of what the problem is or if i can simply reset the messaging thing.

You have to press the button several times before it will operate the lock. I have a key card to oppreat the locks the other locks work like they should but the driver s door sometimes won t the lock makes a buzzing noise and then the door will open. Renault laguna 2003 car keypad won t open the doors u should have a key that is pulled out of the card side and then there is a lock hidden under the small panel on the pass door handle beside where u pull the door handle should have a pic of key on it sounds like u need a new battery which u will see when u slide outthe key.
