As a disclaimer i advise that where possible this should be done with 2 people and even if you d. Grab a socket wrench and unscrew the retaining bolts to the brackets that hold the garage door rollers. Pull the garage door so the roller lines up with the bent track and pop the roller out to replace it. Continue working on the rollers one at a time until you ve replaced all but the top 2 rollers.
