Remove Sprinter Door Panel

Slide a trim tool between the plastic panel and the metal door and unclip the many green clips by twisting the trim tool to apply force right next to them.

Remove sprinter door panel. Purchase a door panel removal tool slide it behind the panel and feel for the plastic lugs slowly pry these out. After that you can pull the part that you just moved to the right forward and down and you should be able to remove it. Rear door handle removal 1. Remove inside panel pass side door of 2001 dodge gr caravan sport. Remove the tweeter grille and then pull the a pillar cover off start at the top use the trim tool and give it a tug. The clips will unsnap and the panel will come right off.

After you ve undone a few this way it might be easier to just pull the whole panel away using brute force. Take your time and don t force it. Pry the courtesy light from the door trim and disconnect the wire connector. Do not put thinsulate in the area where the window retracts just in the front part.

Then remove screws for door handle. Or at least how i did it music from. Use a small pick or screw driver to wedge this out. Slide the handle piece to the right.

1 disconnect the able from negative terminal of the battery. Pull the door panel straight out with your hands to remove it. The driver s side rear door panel just unclips like any other door panel. If one breaks it is okay you can get them at autozone and sometimes it is difficult not to break them.

Remove all door trim panel retaining screws and door pull armrest assemblies. All you need to do is to first slide the handle piece to the right see picture above. Rear door handle removal 2. Undo the two t 25 screws holding the tweeter surround in place.
